Rejection is one of those things can really can knock us down. I appreciate your perspective on rejection. Like you say, it could be an indication on an area we can improve upon, or it can be a blessing.

I sincerely enjoyed your refreshing perspective. I still have plenty of room to grow in handling rejection. It does still knock me down from time to time.

Oftentimes, we need to learn to accept the circumstances that are against us like rejection. We have to let go of our ego in order to see beyond the “negative” experience.

We all want to be accepted and appreciated. Rejection does neither of these things so we feel moody and downhearted.
I think we take it personally because a lot of rejection comes from an emotional foundation.
Extreme cases of rejection result in self depreciation. The ultimate rejection is suicide.

Another thing is that rejection really hits you hard! It’s not something you really expect so the surprise factor is there too. It’s never easy- you’re right. But how you deal with the rejection is all that matters.

Rejection is always one to grow on.

I think the worst mistake is to keep jamming a square peg into a round hole … it’s better to move on and find the right fit … unless it’s your values or purpose, in which case, then it’s adapt, adjust, or blend your way forward.
