A cool post indeed on the lies Walter i support you too but more interestingly the issue of luck tends to burn, let all out there know that luck doesnt come on a silver plate, but the efforts of hard work yield it.

Excellent points, as usual Walter.

I especially like the point about the false belief that the only reality is that which we “see” with our senses.

I call it worshipping at the feet of the god of science. Science has its valid place, yet it’s not the only world view with validity.

We have a rich connection with a mystery that is so magnificent. I believe that mystery, of which we are a part, reveals itself to us in synchronicity, serendipity, “luck”.

And as you so aptly point out, we help create “luck” by our perspective and aliveness.

I agree with you here Walter. Wordly possessions are not something you should strive for. Yet almost everyone on the world does so.
The three things that you crave most in life are hapiness, freedom and peace of mind. I think most people crave for money because they haven’t found something more fulfilling. The sad truth is that most people only realize that when they face death.

Man will always inherit the sins of their fathers. We were all brought up to systems of beliefs that are oftentimes forbidden to question. But once when we realize our capacity to go against established lies our perception of reality will change by leaps and bounds. The salvation of man depends on his willingness to uplift himself.

More often than not, we will not recognize a lie until we are stung by it. We need to learn to be aware of the validity of the things we believe because the quality of our life depends on it.
