Hi Walter,

I believe one should have fear of failure so that you can be cautious, from my point of view its an inbuilt Alert Mgmt system which makes people to get into details which will help them to win over things. But its equally important manage it effectively through our rational through process. If you actually see people who are confident are the one who have a strong belief on a subject than the others who compete for the same. So its important to know and believe in every aspect which we want to win.

Hey Walter – Don’t be discouraged. What’s the worst that can happen? Tell yourself when you’re writing, that you’re writing for yourself. Some people will come and follow, some people won’t.

Write long enough, and I believe people will come if that is what you wish.

Failure is a good thing. It shows you where you went wrong and allows you to learn and grow from your mistakes.
Besides, you can only fail if you are actually ‘doing’ something. Not trying, not taking action, not moving forward, these are the real failures. Way to go for being a success.
